After he has added non-veggie cheese and fish he delares that because he is not vegetarian he is going to add chicken stock but those who are "veggie" can keep it vegetarian by using veggie stock. Will never eat in his restaurant if that is what he thinks is vegetarian.It is "veg" as in vegetable, not 'vegetarian' you can use whatever you want in a veggie meal.
