Episode summary
1)Jamie is hosting a Brazilian night for Santos, his head pot washer at Fifteen, to thank him for all his hard work.
2)As a follow-up to his hit TV series, The Naked Chef, Jamie Oliver made 52 episodes of Oliver's Twist between 2002 - 2003. The series is much the same in that he invites friends and relatives over for mouthwateringfood and travels around London - visiting markets and food stores. The theme tune was performed by his band, Scarlet Division, and the show is now seen in over 50 counties.
3)Jamie has invited his chief washer at the restaurant, Santos, round to his flat with his Brazilian friends who have a band, for a party. Santos shows Jamie how to cook Feijoada, Jamie cooks Bolinho de Balcahau (fish cakes) and they prepare Caipirinhas.
